Bundled Community and Review Guidelines
Last updated: October 2026. Version 2026-10-23-v1.
Bundled helps families find the right education provider. These Guidelines apply to everything people post on Bundled: provider pages, posts and photos, family reviews and inquiries. Our Family Terms and Provider Terms make them part of your agreement with Bundled Inc. ("Bundled," "we," "us"), and they take effect with those Terms.
Don't post
- Anything false or misleading, including false claims about a provider's programs, staff, credentials, safety record or funding eligibility.
- A child's full name, a child's health or disability details, or any other information that identifies a child, unless you are that child's parent or guardian. Even then, please think twice: shared reviews are public.
- Photos of a child without permission from the child's parent or guardian.
- Someone else's private information, such as an address, phone number or email, without their permission.
- Harassment, threats, hate speech, or content that demeans people for their race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability or age.
- Sexual content, or anything that sexualizes a minor. We report child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
- Violence, illegal activity, or content that encourages self-harm.
- Spam, advertising for other businesses, or links to unrelated sites.
- Content you don't have the right to post, such as someone else's photos. To report a copyright problem, write to support@bundled-edu.com. We end the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
Reviews
- Only a family that joined a provider through Bundled can review it, and only once.
- Write about your own family's experience. Don't review a provider you own, work for or compete with, or one where a relative works.
- Providers may ask their families for reviews, but must ask all of them, not only the ones they expect to be happy. Nobody may offer payment, discounts or anything else of value for a review, or for a positive one.
- Nobody, including providers, may pressure, threaten or pay a family to change or remove a review.
How reviews are shown. When you write a review, you choose:
- Share anonymously: your comment shows on the provider's page on Bundled as soon as you share it, as "A parent" with how long you've been with the provider. Your name is never shown.
- Don't share: only the Bundled team reads your review.
Shared reviews are shown newest first. We show every shared review that follows these Guidelines, positive or negative. We don't remove or hide reviews because they are negative, and providers can't edit, hide or remove reviews.
Providers don't see who wrote a review. Many providers are small, so a provider may still be able to guess, especially soon after you join. Providers must not try to work out who wrote one.
You can edit or delete your own review in the app: in Account, open your review of the provider; Delete review is on the last step. You can't edit or delete a review we took down.
Provider pages and posts
- Describe your program accurately: who you are, ages, schedule, cost, location and what you offer.
- Funding labels (such as "Takes ESA" in the app or "Accepts ESA (self-reported)" on the web) are your own statement, shown as reported by the provider. Say you accept funding only if you are currently able to accept it under the program's rules.
- Post a photo that shows a child only with permission from that child's parent or guardian. The console asks you to confirm this before the photo is published.
- Don't put a child's full name, schedule, or any detail that would let a stranger locate a child, in a caption or post.
Reporting
- A review, in the app: tap "Report" under the review.
- A post, in the app: tap "Report this post" on the post.
- A review, in the provider console: use "Report" on the review.
Each of these opens an email to support@bundled-edu.com with the item filled in. Add a line about what's wrong and send it.
Anything else (a provider page, a photo of your child, an inquiry, a safety concern): write to support@bundled-edu.com, or use Contact support in the app's Account.
If someone is in immediate danger, call 911 first.
We review reports promptly. We apply these Guidelines the same way to positive and negative reviews.
What we do
- If content breaks these Guidelines or the law, or puts someone at risk, we may take down a review or a post, unpublish a provider page, remove a family from a provider, or block a family from rejoining that provider.
- When we take down your review, the app tells you in Account. If you think we made a mistake, write to support@bundled-edu.com.
- When we unpublish a provider page, we tell the provider why, and whether it can fix the page and publish it again, unless that would be unsafe or unlawful.
- We don't check everything before it appears. Provider pages go live as soon as they are complete, and reviews appear as soon as they are shared. We review new provider pages after they go live, and we act on reports.
- We keep report emails and records of what we took down for safety and legal reasons, as our Privacy Policy describes.
- We may suspend or end an account for serious or repeated breaks of these Guidelines, as our Family Terms and Provider Terms explain.
Changes
We may update these Guidelines. We'll post the new version with a new "Last updated" date and version, and tell you in the app or by email before a material change takes effect.
